Water, this one word refers to the substance upon which our entire planet is depending on. Without it, nothing we’ve accomplish could have been possible, but with too much of it, nothing would have been possible. A recent trend in engineering and design revolves around the water issues of today. Neptune, who is targeting drip-irrigation systems, has developed “hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps” which they claim is the best pump technology to date. Drip irrigation systems work in one of two ways: The water either drips onto the surface of the crop, or it is deposited directly to the roots (About 12-18 inches underground). if there is too little water the crop can starve, but too much water will drown the plants, so the goal is a healthy balance.
